These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Creating Equality website and participation in any classes, training, or services offered.
By using this website or registering for any services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must meet all legal requirements to participate in any training, including age and eligibility requirements under applicable laws.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to possess and use firearms where applicable.
Training Participation
Participation in training requires:
- Compliance with all safety instructions
- Following all range rules and instructor guidance
- Responsible and lawful behavior at all times
Creating Equality reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant who does not follow safety protocols or behaves in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in firearms and related training involves inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or other unforeseen outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creating Equality is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training or use of this website.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Training is intended to provide education and instruction.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, skill level, or result from participation.
Scheduling and Changes
Class schedules, locations, and availability may change.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes as needed. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants.
Payments and Contributions
Payments for classes and contributions made to support training access are processed through third-party providers.
All contributions made to support training access:
- Are voluntary
- Are not tax-deductible
- Are applied toward training access at our discretion
Financial Assistance
Submission of a financial assistance application does not guarantee approval.
Assistance is:
- Limited
- Based on availability and need
- Determined at our discretion
Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep classes running smoothly and fairly for all students:
- Cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be rescheduled one time (no refund)
- Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend (no-show), are not eligible for a refund or reschedule
If we need to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If something unexpected comes up, please reach out—we will do our best to work with you when possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Refunds for classes may be issued based on timing and circumstances. Contributions made to support training access are non-refundable.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Misuse forms or submit false information
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality
- Use the site in any way that could harm the business or other users
Intellectual Property
