Tier 2 · Develop Practical Capabilities

Practical Skills for Critical Moments

Preparation becomes capability when you understand what to do and have the opportunity to practice it. These modules focus on responding to injuries and emergencies and understanding personal safety tools that may expand your options.

Each training option stands on its own. Choose the subjects that fit your needs. There is no required order or expectation that you complete everything within either module.

Training Designed for All People

Training is meant to be approachable, practical, and adaptable to different bodies, abilities, comfort levels, and prior experience. Skills are explained before they are practiced, questions are always welcome, and no one is expected to prove their toughness.

We are committed to meeting each participant where they are and working with them to support comfortable, meaningful participation; whatever their physical, cognitive, emotional, or accessibility needs may be.

These modules may be offered through:

  • Private and family training
